These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website operated at cyr-sac.com by C&R Abastecimiento Industrial E.I.R.L. (RUC 20601747473), with legal address at Av. Militar 2049, Lince, Lima 15046, Perú ("C&R"). By accessing or using this website, or by requesting a quotation or contracting our services, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Nature of the website

This website is informational. It describes the engineering, industrial supply, electrical construction, project management and logistics services provided by C&R across Peru, and allows visitors to request additional information or a quotation. No commercial offer, contract or price is formalised through the mere use of this website — every commercial engagement is closed through a signed, written proposal or purchase order.

3. Correct use of the website

When you use this website you agree to:

5. Enquiries and quotations

Any information submitted via the enquiry form is treated as a request for information, not as a purchase order. A commercial relationship is only established when C&R issues a written quotation and you accept it in writing (email counts as writing for this purpose) or when you send a purchase order that C&R accepts in writing. Quotations are valid for the period stated on each one; if no period is stated, they are valid for fifteen (15) calendar days.

6. Prices, taxes and payments

Prices in our quotations are stated in USD or Peruvian Soles (PEN) as agreed with each client, are exclusive of IGV unless clearly stated otherwise, and reflect the technical scope of the specific quotation. All invoices are issued electronically in accordance with SUNAT regulations. Payment terms are agreed in writing on each engagement.

7. Third-party services

This website may include links to third-party sites (for example, mapping providers or component manufacturers). C&R does not control those sites, is not responsible for their content or their processing of your personal data, and their inclusion does not constitute an endorsement. 8. Limitation of liability
