1. Who we are

This website is operated by C&R Abastecimiento Industrial E.I.R.L., a company duly incorporated in Peru with tax identification number (RUC) 20601747473, with legal address at Av. Militar 2049, Lince, Lima 15046, Perú. When this policy uses "C&R", "we", "us" or "our", it refers to that company.

We are the data controller of any personal data collected through this website and through our commercial relationship with you.

2. What data we collect

We only collect data that is necessary to respond to your enquiry, deliver a quotation, execute a contract or comply with a legal obligation:

  • Contact details — name, company, email, phone number and any information you voluntarily include in the enquiry form or in email correspondence.
  • Commercial data — details of the project, product or service you are requesting, technical specifications, delivery locations and preferred timelines.
  • Contractual and billing data — company name, RUC, billing address and payment information required to issue electronic invoices under SUNAT regulations.
  • Website usage data — anonymised information such as browser type, device, approximate location derived from IP, pages visited and time on site, collected via cookies and analytics tools.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors and do not process special categories of personal data (health, ethnicity, political opinions, etc.) through this website.

3. Why we collect it (legal basis)

We process personal data on the following legal grounds, as recognised by Peruvian Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection and its regulations:

  • Your consent — when you send an enquiry, subscribe to updates or accept our cookie policy.
  • Performance of a contract — when we need to communicate with you to quote, execute or invoice a project.
  • Compliance with a legal obligation — mainly SUNAT tax and invoicing regulations and applicable industry safety standards.
  • Legitimate interest — to secure the website, prevent fraud and improve our services, provided your rights are not overridden.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We only share it with:

  • Employees and contractors of C&R who need it to respond to your request, execute a project or issue invoices.
  • Service providers under contract (email, hosting, accounting, electronic invoicing) that process data on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Public authorities in Peru when required by law, court order or a valid request from SUNAT, INDECOPI or another competent authority.

We do not transfer personal data outside Peru except to service providers that offer adequate safeguards under Peruvian law.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from the last interaction, unless it becomes part of an active contract. Contractual and billing data is kept for the periods required by SUNAT (at least 5 years) and by civil and commercial law. Website analytics data is kept in aggregated form for up to 26 months.

6. Your rights

Under Peruvian Law 29733 you have the right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose the processing of your personal data, and to revoke your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to candy.julca@cyr-sac.com with a clear description of your request and a copy of your ID. We will respond within the timeframes required by law and, if you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales.

8. Security

We apply the technical and organisational measures required by Peruvian data protection law, including access controls, encryption of communications with the site (HTTPS), backup procedures and internal confidentiality obligations for our staff.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, in the law or in best practice. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
